Daxa's raita dip

Ingredients

1 cup chopped cucumber (peeled and seeds scooped out)

1 cup full-fat yoghurt

Salt to taste

Red chilli powder to taste

1 tsp roasted cumin powder






Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the salt and spices into the yoghurt.

  2. Then add the chopped cucumber to this and mix well.

  3. Adjust the seasonings to your preference.
